Key Responsibilities :

• Clean and tidy rooms according to established standards
• Change bed linens, towels, and toiletries
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Empty trash bins and replace bags
• Restock supplies in rooms
• Report any repairs or malfunctions to management

Requirements :

• Good command of the French language
• Minimum of 3 years of previous experience as a housekeeper or in a similar position
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good physical condition for physically demanding tasks
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated receptionist server to join our team. As a receptionist server, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and quality service throughout their stay. You will be responsible for greeting guests, seating them at their table, and taking their orders. You will also need to provide quality service by ensuring that guests have everything they need throughout their meal. It is essential to have excellent presentation, be friendly, and have good communication skills.

• Escort them to their table and present the menu
• Take orders and transmit them to the kitchen
• Provide efficient and attentive service throughout the meal
• Respond to guest requests quickly and accurately
• Ensure that tables are clean and well-presented
• Handle payments and process transactions accurately
• Ensure efficient guest check-in and check-out
• Manage phone calls and correspondence
• Handle guest complaints and requests professionally
• Ensure guest safety by controlling access to floors and monitoring suspicious activities

Requirements :

• Proficiency in French and English languages
• Previous experience as a receptionist or server is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Good presentation and positive attitude
